Are you able to use shirts other than white or light grey? 

We use a process that dyes the individual fibers of the shirt instead of sitting on top of the shirt. With this process, there will be no cracking or peeling of the design. To ensure that the design stays most true to actual color, it looks best on light colored shirts. 

 

What is your Return/Exchange policy? 

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges, or order cancellations unless it is an error on the part of Sew Stitching Chic.

After 14 days of receiving your shirts, Sew Stitching Chic is not responsible for any rips, holes, tears, stains, etc.

 

What is your turnaround time?

We keep shirts in stock at our store to ensure the quickest possible turnaround time. Please keep in mind that we are a small, one-woman shop and I will work hard to get your items to you as fast as possible. Our TAT is 7-10 business days prior to shipping, but I strive to have them out sooner than that. Please consider transit times when placing an order.

What are the care instructions for Sew Stitching Chic tees?

For longest lasting wear, wash all shirts inside out with cold water. Hang drying is preferred, but who has time for that?  Your shirts will be fine when dried inside out on low heat. Do not iron on the design.

 

My order says it has shipped but tracking has not updated, what now?

We create your shipping label the day your package ships. If tracking has not updated, USPS has missed a scan along the way. It should not delay the delivery of your item(s). However, USPS is experiencing extreme delays.

 

Can I order a custom SSC shirt? 

I am always happy and willing to hear your ideas, wants and needs for a custom shirt for you. I do not create designs myself, but I will be glad to see what I can find for you. Can you change the colors/words of the design? 

I do not create the designs myself so elements of the designs are not able to be changed. I purchase each design from other small shops and have the appropriate licenses to create finished products. However, a lot of the time I will be able to find a brother or sister match if you see a design on the site that you like, but it is not geared to the correct gender that you need. Please reach out and I will be glad to help you!

 

Do you sell just the transfers of the designs?

At this time, we do not provide just the transfers of designs. We do not have the appropriate license to do so. We only offer finished products. 

 

What is your process? 

At Sew Stitching Chic, we print our designs in house and press each shirt with a commercial grade heat press. 

 

Why are my shirts different brands?

We order inventory from multiple suppliers which carry different brands of inventory. For youth and adult shirts, the brand will either be Gildan or Jerzees. I cannot guarantee which brand you will receive due to stock levels fluctuating week to week in different brands. For infant and toddler sizes, we use Boutique Quality Blanks. 

 

 

I ordered adult, youth and toddler size shirts. Why is there a difference in brightness in the design? 

With the process that we use, the image will transfer to the shirt differently depending on the cotton/polyester ratio that the shirt contains. 

 

 

You may not use our product photos as your own or send them out for the item to be recreated by someone else. Our photos are our property. 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before you place your order. Once the item has been dropped off the USPS, it is out of my control. USPS wait times are also out of my control.
